   texts, so the idea of &qtr&;tertiaoyuquot; muddled the waters for me…I'm trying to imagine what a "secondary source" according to History would look like for a literature scholar. A book that collected and reprinted whore biographies, or other primary literary material? Such reprints almost always include introductory essays, though, making them a combination of what historians would call secondary and tertiary sources.
